Job Title: Service Desk Executive

Experience required: 6 months to 5 years

Location : Goregaon / Powai

No. of positions available: 3

Shift : 24*7 rotational shift


Criteria : 

Candidate should be comfortable for 24*7 shifts. No transportation facility would be available
Candidate should have good communication skills
Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2 or 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from an affiliated university
Candidate should have all educational mark sheets and certificates as also the set of documents for the companies worked, e.g. Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter

Job Description: 

Good Communication Skills is a must
Experience 6 Months to 5 Years
Responding to and Answering Calls, Emails and Web Tickets of end users in a cordial, professional manner
Logging Tickets (Incident / Service Request / Information Query) for every user interaction handled
Providing first level support on Desktops, Peripherals, and Office automation products.
Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary.
Identifying and escalating high-severity, priority issues
Updating Pending Tickets with timely, precise, accurate updates
Following-up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets
Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) assistance for End User Support
To respond to the incidents /problem/change reported by Customer predominantly through Voice Interaction and also through email, chat and web portal
Log Tickets in the call-logging tool on behalf of users
Take necessary action viz resolves (over phone or remote) or assigns the issue to right assignment group
Monitor the service desk tool for open and pending incidents
Own the incident and provide end to end resolution for the ticket
Experience in the domain of voice technical support/ helpdesk is must
Knowledge in International service delivery standards such as ITIL, eSCM or CMMi
Excellent verbal & written communication - Interpersonal skills
Should be able to drive customer experience via HD support
Must be familiar with Microsoft technologies and windows environment
Smartphone/Desktop and Laptop hardware/software troubleshooting.
Office utility tools, antivirus tools, personal firewall tools or other business productivity tools troubleshooting
