Role: Team Member (Voice Process)

Qualification & Experience:

Any Graduates: With minimum 0.9 months of relevant experience in Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound)

Undergraduates: With minimum 18 months of relevant experience in Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound)

Description: 

Role is to provide Support/Services for International & Global Customers
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers (Verbal/written)
Good comprehension skills, ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers are facing
Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts

* Excellent ENGLISH communication skills are mandatory
* Willingness to work in any shifts (Including Night Shifts)
* Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPS in the last 6 months will not be eligible

Transport Boundaries: Candidates staying beyond this travel boundary are not eligible!

Churchgate - Bhayendar (Western Line)
CST Vashi (Harbour Line)
CST Thane City (Central Line)
